The Niche Nightshade was the first Niche board I had the pleasure of riding and let me tell you the moment I strapped in I knew Niche boards were seriously one of a kind. The nightshade really did an amazing job at covering all the bases from hitting rails in the park, taking turns in knee deep powder and even holding its own on those really icy days. With that being said I do thing the nightshade shines more in freestyle type riding than in the park. Also definitely worth mentioning is the durability of all the niche boards! I have hit some serious rocks and logs with this baby with very minimal damage!

This board is so fun. It gives you good response on jumps, slides rails with ease and stays afloat in powder! It’s my tried and true daily driver. Turns real smooth, looks even smoother. Love the new frog graphic too!

I use this board for fun days. Riding park, hitting side hits, running mom laps with my kiddo… and I love it! I run this guy a smidge on the shorter side when compared to my other boards, as I use more for really fun silly days on the snow. But, even with a smaller size I never feel loose or that I am overpowering the board. All around great ride!

Poppy, fast, fun board to ride all over the mountain, also good on park rails and jumps.

I had been shopping around for a new board for quite some time, the niche nightshade caught my eye! I was hoping for an all-mountain board that was still flexi enough for jibbing around. I have had a few days on it, and let me say, it hits all the marks! So fun and playful! But still solid enough to charge with good edge control. Haven’t had the opportunity to try in powder yet but feels like it should maneuver nicely.
Ngl, the brand it self always part of the appeal.
