The Niche Knew is a killer jib board, with the pop and stability needed to hit jumps and other terrain too, when you want to venture outside the park. The poplar core and HempHop™ stringers provide plenty of pop and stability, while the flat camber and soft flex are perfect for pressing rails. With a centered stance on this true twin shape, you’ll be hard-pressed to find another ‘jib board’ as versatile as this. Oh, and did we mention this board won a 2014 Good Wood Award from TransWorld Snowboarding?! We’re pretty excited about it. // Read the story behind the graphic HERE.

Product Description

The Niche Knew is a versatile board, great for both freestyle/park and all mountain riding. It is lightweight and flexible for the rider who wants to hit jumps and jib boxes, but stable enough to explore the whole mountain. Flat camber boards kinda resemble your beloved board that has been “broken in” over time.

FLAT CAMBER

Niche Snowboards Flat Camber

  • perfect medium between reverse and traditional camber
  • allows you to float better in pow compared to traditional camber, while still having a super, loose playful feel with maintained edge control

SOFT FLEX

  • fantastic flex profile for being able to do presses, yet stable enough to hit jumps

HEMP HOP STRINGERS

  • used to replace carbon fiber because it has similar characteristics but is far less toxic to handle
  • adds good pop and stability
  • dampens vibrations

SNAPPY SAP™ BIO-RESIN

  • dampens vibrations
  • more elastic than normal resin, making your board very snappy and responsive
  • helps keep your board from delaminating due to extremely high adhesion properties
  • Composed of bio-renewable materials from the industrial waste streams of the paper pulp and bio-fuels industry

DIGI-PRINT TOPSHEET

  • direct digital print, lacquer-free, matte finish topsheet, reducing weight on your board from lacquer

SUSTAINABLE WOOD CORE

RECYCLED MATERIALS

  • recycled base material, recycled steel edges, recycled ABS sidewalls

EXTRUDED BASE

  • low maintenance and easy to repair
  • die-cut base color combinations may vary – we switch these out to reverse the colors so the materials aren’t wasted

I rode the Knew all last year. The flat camber makes it good in the park, and floats oh so good in powder. The soft flex makes for a super buttery ride, with a snappy ollie pop. All around shred stick and a fun ride.
